Lapbooking: A More Creative Approach to Texts
Our 1st of CSE students have put an end to the 1st term working on expository discourses, one of the five main text-typologies in the field of Linguistics. Their task was to write a report on their favourite animal and then present it in front of the class. In order to do so, they were given free rein to use their creativity and the results were awesome. All the students came up with very original Lapbooks made of foldables, pockets and pictures with very interesting facts. This is a great way to use the language and display information in a more attractive way. Well-done guys!
Calabazas del huerto de Irubide
El Instituto Irubide colabora con el Banco de Alimentos y la Red de Escuelas Solidarias con productos de la huerta. El pasado mes de octubre, un camión las recogió y organizó su distribución a las familias más necesitadas.
